Overview

Castleton Commodities International (www.cci.com) is hiring a Senior HR Business Partner in Stamford, CT.  This role reports to the Global Head of Human Resources and the role will partner closely with both the Commercial and Infrastructure teams on talent management strategy, compensation, performance management, and employee relations matters.  This is an exciting opportunity to help create and deliver on a global talent management strategy with a specific focus on our North American offices.

Responsibilities

  • Advise internal clients on performance management, employee relations, global mobility, team structure/organizational design, and the compensation planning/process.
  • Manage and help create talent management strategy working with the business groups in the creation of succession plans, and leadership and management development initiatives.
  • Creation/implementation of various other training and development programs such as the graduate Analyst programs.
  • Involvement in CCI’s M&A activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum of 8 years of HR Generalist experience ideally within Financial Services and/or Commodities industry with a strong background in implementing talent management initiatives.
  • Proactive team player, flexible, dependable, professional attitude
  • Ability to work on multiple projects in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to function with minimal supervision, establish priorities and follow through on them
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
