    Role Overview:
    CCI is seeking a Temporary Cash Management Coordinator who will be responsible for all aspects of the cash management function and ensuring that the designated cash processing, reconciliation and reporting are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with CCI practice and policies.

    Responsibilities

    • Cash management operations to include daily cash administration including but not limited to cash application, proposals and bank account reconciliation
    • Monitors cash transactions to ensure that bank account balances to the report and any unusual items are investigated
    • Receives incoming wire transfers and processes outgoing wire transfers
    • Communication with treasury and members of the accounting and finance department
    • Assist with management of purchase card program
    • Assist with management of Amex card program
    • Work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure that Treasury-related activities are recorded in an accurate and timely manner
    • Assists with audit requests and queries received by Cash Management team

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting preferred

     

    Skills Required:
    • Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a high intensity environment
    • Excellent problem solving and numerical skills; ability to seek information and interpret data from multiple sources in order to resolve problems or implement new processes
    • Highest level of ownership and accountability
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Excellent Excel skills, VBA skills preferred
    • Ability and desire to work in a team-centered environment
